Milano Design Week 2025 – Report Vol.1
The exhibition was blessed with a large number of visitors. One month has already flown by, so we would like to take a moment to look back and share a report of the event through photos.
At the entrance of Palazzo Litta, the venue for the exhibition, a banner from the organizer Mosca Partners was displayed, ready to welcome guests. Our name was also listed as one of the exhibitors.
Scenes from the delivery and setup process. Although we encountered a major unexpected issue, we managed to begin the installation.
Each piece had been disassembled into small parts and transported in the most compact form possible. Following the steps we had simulated in Japan, we proceeded with the assembly and installation as planned.
After two days of installation, everything was ready, and the space turned out just as we had envisioned in our sketches.
With ceilings nearly six meters high and adorned with sculptures, the Kawaguch-air pieces were beautifully arranged within the majestic setting of the palace.

The front of the three frames featured a display showcasing the surface treatment, painting, and printing techniques of Shinko Stainless Polishing.
The right frame displayed precision-cut brass and aluminum parts by Kurihara Seiki, arranged throughout the space, along with an art piece by Fujitec, created by R-bending aluminum angles and channel materials into concentric circles.
The left frame featured an art display by Kaneyoshi, using mirror-finished stainless steel laser-cut and bent like origami, and a dynamic partition display by Maeda, where the door frames could be flexibly reconfigured to define space.
This installation visualized each company’s unique technical expertise in a creative and cohesive way.
